Transaction Controls

Hi,

Can anybody share experiences in the use of Transaction Controls functionality?

Is it possible to have a Project, Class: Capital, setup the Tasks as "Capitalisable" and define Transactions controls to these Tasks to establish some Expenditure Items as not Capitalisable?
