[11.2.0.1 on W2K8] ora-01017 when attempting to connect via sqlplus

Hi,I've got an error when trying to connect to my db via sqlplus with a particular user.
It works fine with sys,system.
It works fine with that particular user when using sqldeveloper.
Any idea?
