Oracle Tax Simulator

Hi All
We are trying to get the Oracle Tax Simulator working for the first time in preparation for implementing tax rules for Israel. 

We enter as much information as possible but the engine still returns no records for whatever type we choose like invoice, PO, expense report.

Is there any setup that needs to be done in the Tax Manager for OTS to work?

I have opened an SR with Oracle but the feedback is unhelpful.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any pointers would be great.
