email response for a requisition notification (Answer Question link)

Hi,

When the Requisition approver requests more information, requisitioner gets email requesting the more info and it has a link "Answer Question", when i click the link we are not getting the approver email there instead a generic system email is getting displayed.

any idea whether we are missing any configuration around email responses?
