OE Line on Backorder - Pick Release not releasing the SO.

Hi,

R12.1.3

We have a strange problem, never faced  before.

1) User entered a sales order with 2 OE Lines  but Item code is same (Example LP0805).

2)Line 1 QTY is 10 and line 2 QTY is 6.

3)Quantity 16 was available.

4)Booked the SO; Execute Pick Release; Line is picked-released and shipped; Line 2 went on Backorder.

5)Now Available and reserveable stock is still 6

6)No Credit Check - Hold

7)Tried many times to Release the SO ; It didn't pick-release and ending with warning

8) We executed the Pick-Release with DEBUG Option. Log File of 'Pick Release' uploaded.

9)We need advice, WHY the 'Pick Released' is not releasing the OE Line.
