Release 12.1.3 Data Migration

Hello there.

We are in the process of upgrading one of our customers to R12.1.3.  Prior to upgrading their operations in the US, the rolled out thier European offices.  These European offices were rolled out on a new R12.1.3 and we now want to upgrade the US and merge it into the existing R12.1.3 European instance for a single global instance. We would be migrating Oracle Financials (AP, AR, PO and GL) including Oracle Projects (Costing and Billing) to Oracle Financials (AP, AR, PO, and GL) including Projects (Costing, Billing and Project Mgt).

Has anyone done a migration from one R12 instance to another R12 instance?  If so can you let me know what your experience was and if there are any 'got yas'?
