List of Training Available for CRM On Demand Marketing

The Training & Support center has some recorded training modules that explain how to activate your account and start your implementation. Oracle recommends viewing these videos early in your project
so that you are aware of steps you may need to take. 

You can access these training modules at any time through one of two mechanisms:


1) Access the training through the Training & Support link in the upper right corner of the CRM application.
o Login to CRM On Demand
o Visit the support portal by clicking on ‘Training and Support’ at the top right of any CRM page
o On the support portal, in the search box, search for ‘On Demand Marketing’
