Where can I find the Oracle Projects Activity Management Gateway Technical Reference Manual

Does anyone know where I can get the latest version document "Oracle Projects Activity Management Gateway Technical Reference Manual" for 11.5.10.2? I am trying to get more detail on the API PA_PROJECT_PUB.CREATE_PROJECT. I found info in the Oracle® Projects APIs, Client Extensions, and Open Interfaces doc for 11i Part No. B12427-02 from May 2005. But this has no info about the new record type customer_in_rec_type for customer bill to and ship to info. Any help would be appreciated.
