Exporting to Excel

Has anyone had issues with exporting to excel from JDE either JAS or Fat client. We have a person that cannot consistently export to excel, she either just gets the headers of the columns or the data comes out jumbled other times it exports normal with no issues. Has anyone else seen this, it appears to be isolated we have only had one other person with this issue and it went away on its own. This person has had this happening for a couple of months now and we cannot find the cause.
