Expenditure Type Capitalizable Attribute

Hi,

At Project and Task level is possible to enable the "Capitalizable" checkbox if the Project Class for the Project Type is Capital.

Is there a way to set up the same attribute for the Expenditure Type or Expenditure Category or is something that can only be determined in the Project/Task configuration level?
