Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am working on this patch and in one note is reported this description:

"failed to enable RG & RS after upgrade from S9u6 to S10u1_b11"

Please could you explain, the meaning, in particular "upgrade from S9u6 to S10u1_b11"
