Unable to send email to external domains

Hi All,

we have defined below SMTP server setting in JDE ini file on Enterprise Server as mentioned below, its working fine within our domain abc.com but when we define the external domains emails in address book like yahoo, hotmail or other domains email addresses, it's not going outside. we are using Exchange server 2010. can anyone please tell me what is the problem?
