License for using E-Business Tax

Hi,
We are using Oracle R12 since three years, our country there is not tax, now we will be starting companies in other countries where tax is applicable, we we need to purchase license EBS Taxation module or its a part of GL / AR / AP modules,  please advice.

Currently we are using following modules GL / AR / AP / FA / PA / PO / OM / INV / CM
