IO Errors When presenting LUNs

I have the following environment:

SAN: IBM DS4800

Servers: HX5 blades running in IBM BladeCenter H.

Hypervisor: Oracle VM 2.2.2

Installed OVM without any LUNs connected.  Installs OK.

Presented LUNs to the HX5 blades (no changes yet in the software set-up) and now I am getting I/O Errors when the blades access the LUNs.

Any ideas?

Suspecting possibly the Server Guide prep that was done on the blades.  Trouble is there is no ServerGuide for OVM.  Any suggestion which one to use?

Also, when installing Windows Server on these blades (after doing ServerGuide for Windows), the LUNs are accessible.  The strange thing is that although only 2 LUNs were presented, Windows sees quite a few more disks which are very small - a few megs each.
