Change Organization in FA

Hi Guys,

What is the purpose of Organization in FA. If I navigate (FA responsibility > Other > Change Organization > Select any available organization), I can select any available organization just like we have different organization SCM ( Inventory or Order Management ). What is the basis reason of organization in FA ?
