Ship Confirm SRS creates new deliveries for un-shipped deliveries

We are using the Ship Confirm SRS process for two of our organizations. For the most part this works well. However, if a delivery is assigned to all lines on an order and the order is not shipped a new delivery is assigned. The shipping parameters we use are: Action - Ship Entered Quantities, Unspecified Quantites - Stage, Set Delivery to In-Transit, Clost Trip. If a line within the delivery isn't shipped we're fine with the new delivery being assigned. But, if nothing in that delivery is shipping we'd like to maintain the same delivery. Is this possible? Appreciate any
