Change Opportunity Status with Sales Stage

Hi,I want the following:
1.- When Sales Stage = "Closed/Won", change the Opportunity Status to "Won".
2.- When Sales Stage = "Closed/Lost", change the Opportunity Status to "Lost".

I know this can be done with a workflow, but I'm having difficulties to write the workflow.

Can you help me?
