11.2.0.2 Binary Relink

We are just completing a rollout of the April Oracle CPU, bundled with an o/s upgrade of Linux from version 5.5 to 5.6. Following the patching/upgrading, I have been doing a binary relink using the "relink all" command in the 11.2.0.2 $ORACLE_HOME/bin directory. These have completed with no issues until this last database relink. In the relink log of this last relink, I get the error: INFO: Improper attribute found in MAKE TAG.  I went ahead and manually ran the make -f commands on all the oracle executables and brought up the database and listener with no issue. Any idea
