12.1.3 OLFM Funtionality to Stub Contract with Rent In Arrears

Is there standard functionality to rebook a contract and then stub the rent which was originally booked in arrears.  The pupose of the stub dates would result in extending the contract by one period which I entered during the Rebook.  However, the rental streams were not updated with the new dates.

Is Stub Date functionality only applicable to contracts with Advance payments.?
