Create a new tax rate

Hi!

I have a question about the e-btax, i upgrade from R11i 5.10.2 to R12.1.3 and my tax rates were migrated sucessfull, and i see the regimene is STCC because these were migrated, but what happend if i need to create a new tax rate, is it possible? or i have some restriction?

i will appreciate your aid!
