Converting DHTML UI's to JRAD UI's

We are currently on version 11.5.10 and are in the process of converting our DHTML UI's to JRAD UI's.  We will use our current Functional Companions in this phase of the implementation.  We are working on our conversion strategy and would like to determine if we have to follow a bottom-up approach (reference models first and then parent, converting a family of models at once).

We have deeply nested models but all models have their own publication and can be ordered independently.  In all cases, only the parent model is visible in the UI.
