Complex Payment Option is not available in Document Styles

Issue:Complex Payment Option is not available in Document Styles during the creation of Complex PO

Description:
a)Please let us know whether it is required to have Service procurement module to avail the feature of Complex payments.

b)Does the Service procurement module comes in the package of the procurement suite.

c)Please let me know if any alternative or workaround can be used to utilize the Complex Payment options.
