API to Update Ext Payee Bank Account Details in IBY_PAYMENTS_ALL?

I have a requirement to update the external payee bank account columns in IBY_PAYMENTS_ALL (for Employee payments in a Payment Process Request which has not been completed/paid).  Is there an API to achieve this?

I've investigated the API IBY_PAYGROUP_PUB.updatePayments, but it doesn't update the relevant columns.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
