Unable to achieve Different Headers and Footers In RTF Design

  Hi,

        I'm trying to Build a Custom Invoice report by using XML publisher. My Requirement is for a given transaction, i need to print Invoice, Custom Imei and Remittance reports tied together. For example if there are two transactions then we need to print for each transactions all three of them together as a set and for second transaction too as a set of three  documents. The issue i'm facing is for Invoice Template if the data exceeds 1st page i need to print a new header with only 3 lines and the Subtotals should be only printed at the
