OM Quick Pick takes long time- Performance Issue

On the Oracle Applications home page, When I login as OM Super User and for order to cash functionality, when I click on Order, Returns > Quick Sales Orders screen, it takes forever to load. When I reboot my client desktop PC machine, it loads quickly.
Any ideas how to solve this performance issue for Order Management Quick Sales?
