unable to find valid certification path to requested target

Need your expertise to resolve this issue.
Please let me know if you encountered with this error message to resolve. Any help is much appreciated. Already open SR with Oracle and it's been 2.5 days, unable to get any appropriate feedback from Oracle, maybe some expert here can help me.
