PAY: New Earning Element Rates are not displayed

Hello,

  We created new Earning elements and ran quick pay for testing. When we go to SOE and click on the Rate Details, the rate is not being shown for the new elements. But we can see the rate information for the old Earning elements. What setup step drives this rate information display ?
