Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. currently in our database this is set to 400 and not getting desired performance and would like to know the performance improvement steps

Further, would like to know whether this is per sec or per min

Our assumption is per sec but not getting the desired results.
