How to find the query behind a LOV?

Does someone know how to find the query behind a LOV? Is it really necessary to use forms builder or create a tkproffed trace, or is there also a functional way / workaround to find this out?

More concrete: I need the query that creates the LOV with responsibilities in the User-screen (System Administrator :: Security > User > Define). (forms_name = FNDSCAUS, group_name = RESPONSIBILITY)

This query shows me all the responsi bilityties and their application. I want to create a forms personalizations, so that only the Projects responsibilities are shown over there (in some responsibilities). Therefore I want to edit te original query.
