BIP 11.1.1.5 Inline attachment for email burst?

Hi,
Last question for now I think LOL

With BIP integrated with EBS we have the option to have bursted email attachments appear "inline" in the email body so users can view the attachment in the email without necessarily needing to open the attachment.  Do we have that ability in BIP 11.1.1.5?
