Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Refund Activity triggered two Event types:Refund Recorded and Refund Adjusted

Hi Friends,

A Refund made to Supplier has two Event types:Refund Recorded and Refund Adjusted. Accounting happened twice for same amount as

DR Cash
CR Liability

We wish to know the reasons as to how it happens.

Please advise.
