Im having difficulties with a filter in a report

Hi,I need the following but I'm having difficulties constructing the filter of the report.

1.- I have an Opportunity Report with some information, but I need the following filters:
     a) I want the report to NOT show the opportunities that are Closed/Won.
     b) Also I need the report to NOT show also the opportunities that are Closed/Won but that are older than 90 days in that stage.

How can this be done?
