RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_SALESREPS_ALL - customer_trx_line_id is null

I am trying to do some reporting for salesreps on invoices.  Can someone tell me the case(s) where customer_trx_line_id might be null in RA_CUST_TRX_LINE_SALESREPS_ALL?  I would think that since all transactions have at least one line, then there would always be a customer_trx_line_id here.Thanks,
