AGIS forms stability issue in R12.1.3 - form errors - stale data - session expired

Dear All,

I experience this issue randomly in the AGIS forms - Transaction Outbound,  Setup forms - Intercompany Accounts, Customer/Supplier Association. We have raised an SR and working with the support. Few patches are also applied, FUN and OE frame work related patches. Still the issue happens randomly. Though users do not use the backtab, still the page loss happens.

Anyone come across this issue and fixed it satisfactorily. Would appreciate any updates or feedback.
