Table fnd_flex_value_norm_hierarchy

Hi,

Please can someone let me know when does the table fnd_flex_value_norm_hierarchy get populated in R11.

For other chart of accounts data exists in this table. But for a new chart of accounts, this table does not contain data. Please can someone let me know if I'm missing something or does one have to execute some process.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
