BI Publisher 11.1.1.3.0: Resolution issue in RTF

Have a report in BI publisher 11.1.1.3.0 with a line chart.
It looks very good in the interactive chart view, however when change
the report format to RTF the chart resolution looks low, and as a result
the image quality looks poor.

Is there a way to change the resolution of the images in the RTF format?
