Update internal requisition

Hello!

I have a question re the R12.1 functionality which allows internal requisition quantity and need-by date to be updated after it is approved.

I tested and found that after internal sales order is created, when I go to Tools--> Change from the requisition header, I get the below error message:

"Approval List could not be generated. Please contact your System Administrator to review AME rules setup"
Has anyone encountered this error before and managed to make it work? Appreciate any pointers.
