Grid Control 10g - Job failure SNMP alert

I am using 10g (10.2.0.5) grid control to manage our system, OS is Solaris 10

 

Question:--

 

I would like to configure SNMP alert for Jobs created via grid control i.e. job library. The notification method's are SNMP alert and OS Script. I can not use emails due to some security restrictions.

 

I am trying to configure new notification rule for job failure. I can find metric "Broken job count" and "failed job count" for target type "Database Instance" but not for host.

 

Does anybody know what are the correct metric names for target type "host" or point me to any previous thread/discussion?
