Expenditure items in PA duplicated from OM

Hi,
Has anyone come across batches from OM duplicating in expenditure inquiry in PA? Basically the same inventory items are in 2 different batch numbers from OM (about 5 seconds apart). This is happening intermittently and I can't find the source.

Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.
