This one-hour session is recommended for technical and functional users who are new to Oracle Install Base, or need to fill gaps in their knowledge of the processes involved in troubleshooting transaction errors found in the Transactions Error Processing form. This will benefit anyone responsible for making sure the Install Base is up to date and accurate.
TOPICS WILL INCLUDE:

  •     Understanding the basic framework of integration between Install Base, Inventory and Order Management
  •     Methodology for approaching troubleshooting transaction errors in Install Base
  •     What diagnostic tools/reports/Documents are available to use in troubleshooting and how to use them
