Setting up ODM to have a sandbox, STAGE, or CTE environment.

It is not possible to set up a STAGE environment for ODM.  However, upon request, customers may have a CTE (customer test environment) enabled for ODM.  The ODM CTE environment will be connected to your CRM On Demand CTE environment.   The CTE environment is intended for sandbox testing using a smaller set of test data.    ODM CTE may not be connected to any other environment besides the CRM On Demand CTE environment.  To request a CTE environment for ODM, log a service request with CRM On Demand customer care.
