All the columns are not displaying in the standard "ARBPA_CUSTOMER_TRX_HEADER" view

Hi,

  I trying to use standard "ARBPA_CUSTOMER_TRX_HEADER" and "ARBPA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINE" views to print AR transactions based on external templated which are designed in RTF format.

  When I am trying to enable column names ex. Exchange_Rate in the standard rate it is not available. Without this I cannot print exchange rate on the invoice output which is manadatory for my client business.

   Could any one come across same issue please give me your valuable suggestions.
