Question regarding EXPDP/IMPDP for 10g upgrade to 11g

Hi!
Im wokring on a dev database (11g). I would like to export metadata (no rows) from an 10g database and later import them in the 11g.

1. Are there any docs describing this?

2. Do I have to create the tablespaces in the 11g prior to the import?

3. Can I make a full expdp and use METADATA_ONLY?
