Transaction Controls at Task Level - Employee

Hi,

I have setup a Inclusive Transaction Control for a particular Project Task. selecting one employee (I want all the charges to this task to be made only by 1 employee).

Then  I tested but I could enter a transaction in pre approved expenditures with another employee.

What should I include in my definition to make it work?
