Provisioning - Troubleshooting Notes

Hey Folks,
I have just provisioned a client's environment to hookup with Production and I wanted to share some learning's from the process and the things to look out for based on this experience and guidance from Oracle.  This is based on the assumption that you're at the stage of you or your client having populated the questionnaire and an ODM Domain, SSL Certificate and ODM POD have all been communicated to you or your client.  The next stage then is to do the initial configuration so that you can dive into your ODM environment and kick-off the synchronization jobs.
