Billing Extension for Shipping costs

Hi ALL,

Here we have a situation where supplier costs(AP Invoices) are uplaoding to projects and we want to bill that cost to customer automatically by using autmatic events.

In that case what is the Billing extension I have to use to create the automatic billing event.

Do I need to really use the billing extension?

Please help me in finding out the answer.
