How to Change Deviation Expiration Notice

Has any one figured out if there is a way to change the default time (2 days before Expire I believe) that the application uses to notify users of a pending expiration date on a Deviation.

I went through the PDM manuals but could not find anything, other than the suggestion that Event Driven Notifications may be more flexable.
