Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. i was going through one student guide on EB tax, where i could not understand the functionality of the following senetence :

E-Business Tax integration points with General Ledger include :

"Supports only backward compatible tax calculation." --------------------what this means.
