Order Import

I am trying to setup a Oracle Order Import interface to import orders into Oracle. Does anyone know how to do this? I know that I need to put data into the oe_headers_iface_all, oe_lines_iface_all, and oe_customer_info_iface_all tables but each table has 100 or more fields...I need to know which fields are required to complete the import and how to setup the Oracle Import Order Request. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
