Fixed Asset Transfer Issues

When transferring assets from one company to another company, I'm receiving the following issues. 1)  "Warning:  Ledger not set up in Dflt Cding."  Ledger Types AA, D1 and D4 are setup in Depr Default Coding for the asset cost account transferred is being transferred to.   2)  "Location Transfer not Completed.  Quantities in F1201 and F1204 differ".  Trying to transfer location on the program.  I haven't seen these issues before and would like to know how to resolve.  Any help would be appreciated.
